One down and three to go. Well after numerous papers back and forth to the lender that is assisting me with the FHA approval process for the Capistrano Villas HOA, in San Juan Capistrano, I have success!!!! Capistrano Villas #1, is now approved for FHA financing. This project was last approved in the late 1970's and to my surprise is now only approved for TWO years. I was told that this will be the standard for FHA Re-Certification, which means that I will need to do this again in two years. Now, how can I market this and take advantage of this success.
