PROJECTS APPROVED WITH A TEMPORARY EXTENSION:
FHA announced temporary extensions for projects with an initial expiration date of December 7, 2010. The Condominium look-up page and the FHA Connection databases were updated on December 7, 2010 based on the following table. If your project falls within the Initial Project Approval Dates and is within the New Expiration Date the ONLY requirement is the Certification for Projects Approved with a Temporary Extension (Attachment #5).
