Rentals in the Villas
O.K. guys, renting condos in the Villas like crazy. In the past month rented a 3 Bed/2 Bath 1/Car for $1900 a month, 3 Bed/1Bath 1/Car upper unit for $1700, 2/Bed 1/Bath 1/Car for $1450 a month. Rents are going up and prices for investors are still down.
